Authorizes Mississippi vehicle owners to choose a personalized license tag with a black background and white pinstripe border as an alternative to standard-colored tags

Alternative tags would display "Mississippi" at the top and the county name at the bottom

Personalized tags allow up to 7 letters or numbers chosen by the owner, with an additional fee of $30 annually

The Commissioner of Revenue retains authority to reject or recall any tag combinations deemed obscene, slanderous, insulting, or vulgar
