Requires all health insurance policies, HMOs, self-insured plans, and managed care entities issued or renewed on or after July 1, 2022, to cover all colorectal cancer examinations and laboratory tests specified in current American Cancer Society guidelines for asymptomatic individuals.

Provides coverage for individuals age 45 and older, and for individuals under 45 who are at high risk for colorectal cancer according to American Cancer Society screening guidelines.

Prohibits requiring patients to pay additional deductibles or coinsurance greater than those for similar benefits, and mandates reimbursement to healthcare providers equal to or greater than Medicare rates.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 25-15-9 to require the State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan to include coverage for colorectal cancer examinations and laboratory tests at frequencies specified in current American Cancer Society guidelines.

Authorizes the State Health Officer to require coverage of additional medically recognized colorectal cancer screening tests, adjust screening frequency, or expand the definition of high-risk individuals based on new medical evidence.
