Establishes the Mississippi Smoke-free Air Act to prohibit smoking in all enclosed public places, places of employment, private clubs, and certain outdoor areas statewide.

Requires "No Smoking" signs to be posted at entrances and in areas where smoking is prohibited, with owners/operators responsible for compliance and notification to employees and business license applicants.

Prohibits smoking within 20 feet of entrances, windows, and ventilation systems of enclosed buildings; within 20 feet of outdoor restaurant seating, playgrounds, and public transportation facilities; and in hotel/motel rooms and nursing home rooms.

Creates misdemeanor penalties: up to $100 fine for individuals smoking in prohibited areas; fines of $100-$500 for owners/operators failing to comply, with escalating penalties for repeat violations; and up to $1,000 fine for retaliating against employees or customers exercising rights under the act.

Allows employees and private citizens to bring legal action for enforcement; exempts private residences (except childcare/healthcare facilities), country clubs, and outdoor areas of employment; effective July 1, 2022.
