Increases the maximum amount counties can receive under the Rural Fire Truck Acquisition Assistance Program from $920,000 to $1,010,000, adding eligibility for a fifteenth fire truck at up to $90,000

Expands the program to allow purchase of both new and used fire trucks that meet National Fire Protection Association standards and are approved by the Rural Fire Truck Review Committee

Creates the "Rural Fire Truck Matching Assistance Fund" in the State Treasury to provide additional matching assistance to eligible counties and municipalities

Limits total matching assistance (combining regular program funds and new matching fund) to no more than 80% of the purchase price of a rural fire truck

Counties that have received funding for no more than eight rounds from the program and lack sufficient funds may qualify for additional matching assistance
