Allows Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) members to retire and continue serving in the Mississippi Legislature while receiving retirement benefits, under the same conditions previously available only for county and municipal elected offices.

Retiring legislators may either waive all legislative salary and compensation (except office expenses and mileage) and receive only their retirement allowance, or receive up to 25% of their average compensation in addition to retirement benefits.

The House or Senate must pay employer contributions to PERS on the full regular compensation for legislative office that the retired member holds.

Excludes legislators who receive or continue receiving retirement allowances while serving from being active members of the Supplemental Legislative Retirement Plan.

Amends compensation statutes to clarify that legislative salary and expense provisions do not apply to those receiving retirement allowances under Section 25-11-127(6).
