Amends Mississippi price-gouging law (Section 75-24-25) to exempt sales by growers, producers, or processors of raw or processed agricultural or food products, except for retail sales to consumers in declared emergency areas.

Clarifies that agricultural goods manufacturers, distributors, or licensors are not considered "suppliers" under price-gouging restrictions unless they advertise goods directly to consumers.

Allows suppliers to charge prices based on established pricing indexes or formulas agreed upon by seller and purchaser during declared emergencies without violating price-gouging prohibitions.

Retains criminal penalties for price-gouging violations: felony (1-5 years imprisonment or up to $5,000 fine) for violations totaling $500 or more in 24 hours; misdemeanor (up to 6 months jail or $1,000 fine) for violations under $500.

Effective July 1, 2022.
