Creates the "Accelerate Mississippi Scholarship Program" with three components: the Accelerate College Scholarship Program for dual-credit courses at community colleges ($150/semester hour), the Accelerate Opportunity Scholarship Program for career/technical education courses ($250/semester hour), and the Accelerate Graduation Scholarship Program for overload courses and exams (up to $225/course)

Eligible students in grades 9-12 (grades 7-12 for Graduation Program) who are Mississippi residents can apply through online platforms administered by the Mississippi Community College Board or State Board of Education

Scholarship funds cover tuition costs only; students remain responsible for books, tools, supplies, and transportation, with funds distributed on a first-come, first-served basis

Students who fail to complete a scholarship-funded course must pay for and successfully complete a similar course before becoming eligible for additional program participation; repeated and remedial courses are not eligible

Requires local school boards to adopt Extended Learning Opportunities policies for alternative educational opportunities including apprenticeships, internships, and pre-apprenticeships, with the State Department of Education authorized to audit approved programs
