Requires local school boards to issue either procurement cards or credentials for digital solutions to teachers at the beginning of each school year for purchasing classroom supplies, instructional materials, and equipment including computers

Procurement cards or digital credentials expire at a predetermined date at the end of each school year, with unexpended amounts carried forward and combined with the following year's allocation
