Authorizes issuance of up to $1,500,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund repair and renovation of the Holmes County Courthouse in Mississippi

Creates the "2022 Holmes County Courthouse Repair and Renovation Improvements Fund" within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2026, may mature up to 25 years from date of issue, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi

Bonds and income from them are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation and qualify as legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, and financial institutions

Department of Finance and Administration has discretion over disbursement of funds to Holmes County for the courthouse project
