Increases the excise tax rate on cigars, cheroots, stogies, snuff, chewing tobacco, smoking tobacco, and other tobacco products (except cigarettes) from 15% to 22.5% of the manufacturer's list price.

Maintains the existing excise tax on cigarettes at 3.4 cents per cigarette with a maximum length of 120 millimeters.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
