Amends Mississippi Code to allow use of mobility-related devices on "no motorized vehicles" trails in wildlife management areas for individuals over age 60, those with disability license tags or placards, or those permanently physically disabled.

Defines eligible permanently physically disabled persons as those who are paraplegic, hemiplegic, unable to ambulate, or require wheelchair, walker, leg braces, prosthesis, canes, or crutches for mobility.

Requires the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to promulgate rules and regulations for reasonable access by eligible persons using mobility-related devices.

Directs the department to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the USDA Forest Service regarding safety programs and regulations for trail use during gun seasons on national forest lands.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
