Dissolves the Mississippi Prison Industries Corporation and creates a Division of Reentry and Prison Industry within the Department of Corrections, effective July 1, 2022.

Transfers all assets and employees of the Mississippi Prison Industries Corporation to the new division, with the existing board reconstituted as an advisory body.

Requires the Department of Corrections to hire an executive director to serve as chief administrative officer of the division with qualifications and duties equivalent to the former corporation position.

Prohibits the board from entering new contracts or incurring debt after July 1, 2022; requires satisfaction or termination of existing contracts by October 1, 2022, and settlement of all debts by December 31, 2022.

Transfers all corporation assets to the Mississippi Department of Corrections on December 31, 2022, for use in reentry programs; repeals sections 47-5-531 through 47-5-539 and 47-5-543 through 47-5-575 effective January 1, 2023.
