Requires all health insurance policies in Mississippi to cover colorectal cancer screenings and laboratory tests for individuals aged 45 and older, effective July 1, 2022

Mandates coverage for yearly colonoscopies for high-risk individuals when recommended by their treating physician

Defines high-risk persons as those with personal history of colorectal cancer or polyps, inflammatory bowel disease, strong family history of colorectal cancer, hereditary cancer syndromes, or recognized gene markers

Requires coverage for screenings graded "A" or "B" by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, including colonoscopies, fecal occult blood tests, flexible sigmoidoscopies, and double-contrast barium enemas

Encourages insurers to limit out-of-pocket expenses and deductibles for colonoscopy procedures for covered persons
