Authorizes the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to allow online applicants for resident hunting or fishing licenses to indicate if they wish to be organ/tissue donors under the Mississippi Uniform Anatomical Gift Act

Requires hunting or fishing licenses issued to online applicants who elect donor status to include a symbol indicating the holder is an anatomical gift donor

Expands eligibility to make anatomical gifts to include persons aged 18 or older who apply online for hunting or fishing licenses, in addition to those applying for driver's licenses

Requires the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to provide donor information to the state donor registry established by the Department of Public Safety, with the registry reimbursing the department for associated costs

Mandates that online hunting/fishing license renewal applications include questions about donor status and inform applicants that donor decisions cannot be revoked after death by next of kin
