Amends Section 43-13-122 of the Mississippi Code to authorize the Division of Medicaid to apply for waivers and research and demonstration grants from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Authorizes the Division to accept and expend grants, donations, and contributions from public or private organizations, including 100% federal grant funds and funds from any governmental entity.

Requires all receipts and expenditures from these grants to be reported and handled in accordance with the General Fund Stabilization Act.

Authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration to transfer monies to the Division from special funds in the State Treasury up to amounts authorized in the appropriation to the Division.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
