Amends Section 61-3-15 of the Mississippi Code to authorize regional airport authorities organized under Section 61-3-7 to provide dependent health insurance coverage as an employment benefit for their employees.

Allows regional airport authorities to pay for all or part of dependent health insurance coverage when establishing compensation and employment benefits to attract and retain qualified personnel.

This amendment applies specifically to regional airport authorities, not all airport authorities governed by the statute.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
