Amends Section 93-1-17 of Mississippi Code to add military court judges to the list of officials authorized to solemnize marriages in the state

Military judges would join Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, circuit court, chancery court, and county court judges who already have this authority

Justice court judges and board of supervisors members may solemnize marriages only within their respective counties

Effective date of July 1, 2022
