Proposes amending Sections 34 and 35 of the Mississippi Constitution of 1890 to establish term limits for state legislators

Limits members of both the House of Representatives and Senate to three consecutive four-year terms (12 years total) in their respective chamber

Requires legislators who have served three consecutive terms to sit out at least one full four-year term before being eligible to serve again in that same office

Excludes partial terms served to fill vacancies from counting toward the three-term limit

Directs the Secretary of State to submit the proposed constitutional amendment to voters on the November 2022 ballot as a single amendment
