Affirms resolute opposition to the promotion of race or sex stereotyping or scapegoating in Mississippi.

Condemns the use of divisive concepts and theories, specifically identifying critical race theory and related ideologies, that teach one race or sex is inherently superior or that individuals should be deprived of rights based on race or sex.

Asserts that an individual's moral character is not determined by race or sex and that discrimination based on these characteristics is contrary to law and nature.

Requires copies of the resolution to be distributed to each member of the Mississippi congressional delegation and to members of the Capitol Press Corps.
