Proposes an amendment to Section 12A of the Mississippi Constitution of 1890 to require the Mississippi Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to promulgate rules and regulations ensuring the people's right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife

Maintains existing constitutional language establishing hunting, fishing, and harvesting wildlife as a right, subject to laws promoting wildlife conservation and management

Preserves public hunting and fishing as the preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife

Specifies the amendment does not modify laws relating to trespass, property rights, commercial activities regulation, or levee maintenance

Directs the Secretary of State to submit the proposed amendment to voters in the November 2022 general election as a single ballot measure
