Commends Ms. Brittney Reese, a Gulfport native and four-time Olympian, for her achievements as a three-time Olympic medalist in long jump.

Recognizes Reese's accomplishments including one Olympic gold medal (2012 London), two Olympic silver medals (2016 Rio and 2020 Tokyo), and 13 international medals across World Championships.

Notes Reese's career achievements as an eight-time national outdoor champion and four-time national indoor champion, with personal bests of 7.31 meters and 7.23 meters in long jump.

Acknowledges her contributions as an assistant track and field coach at San Diego Mesa College since 2013 and her philanthropic efforts including the B. Reese Scholarship for Gulfport School District students.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Ms. Brittney Reese and the Capitol Press Corps.
