Recognizes and honors Colonel Stanley A. Martin, Commander of the 183rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, 172nd Airlift Wing at Thompson Field in Jackson, Mississippi, upon his retirement after over three decades of service in the United States Armed Forces.

Documents Colonel Martin's military career beginning in July 1984 as an Aeromedical Evacuation Technician and commissioning as a Flight Nurse in May 1992, with extensive education including degrees from Hinds Community College and University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Acknowledges Colonel Martin's operational experience including more than 1,600 flight hours and participation in major military operations including Desert Shield/Storm, Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and Inherent Resolve.

Lists extensive military honors and awards received by Colonel Martin including the Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, Combat Readiness Medal, and numerous campaign and service medals from multiple nations.

Expresses the Legislature's commendation of Colonel Martin's distinguished service and extends best wishes for his retirement, with copies to be provided to Colonel Martin and the Capitol Press Corps.
