Recognizes Ms. Butler's 18 years of service as a business and office technology instructor at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.

Notes Ms. Butler's educational credentials including an associate of arts degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, a bachelor of science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a master of science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Acknowledges Ms. Butler's prior teaching experience at Hattiesburg High School and Forrest County Agricultural High School before joining Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
