Notes that remanufacturers support at least 180,000 full-time jobs in the United States with $11.2 billion in annual exports and 15 percent production growth from 2009 to 2011.

Recognizes remanufacturing as environmentally beneficial by diverting end-of-life products from landfills.

Encourages Mississippi businesses, state agencies, schools, and individuals to celebrate and promote remanufactured products.
