Honors Dr. Alton Cobb, who passed away on October 14, 2021, and expresses sympathy to his family and friends.

Notes Dr. Cobb's role as the first executive director of the Mississippi Medicaid Commission and his numerous awards and honors throughout his career, including Public Administrator of the Year for Mississippi in 1981.

Survived by his wife of 67 years Mary O'Connor Cobb, three children, nine grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
