Commends the City of Water Valley Electric Department, Tallahatchie Valley Electric Power Association, and Tennessee Valley Authority for restoring power to Water Valley after a January 11, 2022 outage that began at 4:00 a.m. and lasted throughout the day.

Names 4 members of the City of Water Valley Electric Department (Andy Hall, Brandon Richardson, Michael Richardson, and Robbie Leard) and 13 members of the Tallahatchie Valley Electric Power Association for their restoration efforts.

Names 17 engineers and officials of the Tennessee Valley Authority (including Kris Greer, Dane Harrington, and others) who provided assistance to Water Valley's electrical restoration and ongoing needs.

Recognizes that all personnel involved went above and beyond their duties to restore power to residents, hospitals, industries, and businesses as quickly as possible.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to all three organizations and to the Capitol Press Corps.
