Commends Bridget Carmody, head coach of Madison Central High School swim program, for being named 2021 National Federation of High School Coaches Association's Coach of the Year for swimming and diving

Coach Carmody has led Madison Central's swim team since 2012 and also serves as the school's French teacher for 27 years

Under her leadership, both boys and girls swim teams won Class II state championships in October 2021, marking the second consecutive year both teams claimed titles in the same year

The girls team has won state championships for eight consecutive years, while the boys team won their first state title in over two decades in 2020
