House Resolution mourning the loss and commemorating the life of Mr. William Earl Bailey, Sr., who passed away on January 27, 2022, at age 69.

Mr. Bailey was a founding member and deacon of Mt. Calvary Outreach Ministries, worked in the furniture industry and as a licensed insurance agent for over 35 years, and co-founded Bailey Funeral Home in 2021.

Served his community as former president of the Okolona Chamber of Commerce and Okolona School Board, received the Community Service Award in 2016, and was a member of the FC/OHS Scholarship Committee.

Survived by his wife Naomi Edwards Bailey (married since September 5, 1981), 9 children, 17 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and extended family.

House of Representatives expresses deepest sympathy to Mr. Bailey's family and friends, with copies of the resolution to be furnished to his family and Capitol Press Corps.
