Extends the automatic repeal date for Mississippi Code Section 29-1-75 from July 1, 2022 to July 1, 2026

Maintains existing restrictions prohibiting corporations, nonresident aliens, and associations composed of nonresident aliens from purchasing public lands in Mississippi

Continues allowing banking corporations to purchase tax-forfeited lands they previously owned or held mortgages on, regardless of acreage limitations

Permits nonresident aliens to acquire up to 320 acres of public lands for industrial development and up to 5 acres for residential purposes

Requires land acquired by nonresident aliens for industrial development to escheat back to the selling public body if no longer used for that purpose
