Defines "honey" as the sweet syrupy substance produced by honey bees from plant nectar, with consistency that may be fluid, viscous, or crystallized, and prohibits any additional food ingredients or additives.

Requires products containing honey and sweeteners to be labeled as blends with all ingredients listed in descending order by weight and prohibits labeling such products as "honey."

Mandates that all substances added to honey or honey products to enhance or alter flavor must be included on the label in the same font size as the word "honey" and listed by weight.

Prohibits lab-grown honey or any product outside the definition of honey from being labeled as honey.

Grants the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce authority to enforce these labeling requirements, issue stop-sale orders, and promulgate necessary rules and regulations, effective July 1, 2022.
