Authorizes the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to declare special hunting seasons, within or outside established open seasons, for collecting Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) testing samples in areas where testing need is indicated

Establishes air guns as lawful weapons for hunting small game during small game seasons

Permits air bows and pre-charged pneumatic weapons for hunting large game (excluding game birds, turkeys, and migratory waterfowl) during any open deer season with primitive weapons after November 30 on private lands only

Requires the Commission to define the terms "primitive firearm," "air gun," "air bow," and "pre-charged pneumatic weapon" for regulatory purposes
