Amends Mississippi Code Section 43-21-261 to explicitly grant parents, guardians, or custodians the right to directly receive copies of youth court records involving their child, not just the right to have their attorney inspect records

Requires that copies of records provided to parents or their attorneys have the reporter's identity redacted, along with names of any persons whose safety could be endangered by disclosure

Specifies that attorneys receiving youth court records must maintain control of the documents and cannot provide copies or access to others without prior court consent

Clarifies that records disclosed include those "to be considered" by youth court rather than only those "to be heard," broadening the scope of accessible documents
