Exempts all income received by individuals who are 100 years of age or older from Mississippi state income taxation

Amends Section 27-7-15 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, which defines gross income for tax purposes, by adding a new exemption category

Adds this age-based exemption to an existing list of income exclusions that includes items like life insurance proceeds, retirement benefits, military combat pay, and disaster relief payments

Effective date is January 1, 2022
