Extends the automatic repeal date for the State Forestry Commission's authority to appoint law enforcement officers from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2026.

Allows the commission to appoint up to six law enforcement officers with authority to bear arms, investigate, and make arrests limited to woods arson cases.

Requires law enforcement officers to comply with applicable minimum educational and training standards and issue citations on uniform citation forms.

Authorizes officers to issue citations for recklessly or with gross negligence causing fire to burn the lands of another, with evidence including failure to prevent fire spread from brush or debris piles.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
