Requires official meetings of public bodies to be broadcast via video livestream on the front page of each agency's official website or a designated government channel, except for executive sessions and meetings authorized by law to be closed.

Mandates that public notices of meetings include the agenda in sufficient detail to notify the public of discussion topics and must contain the online livestream link.

Voids any action taken by a public body that fails to comply with public notice agenda requirements or livestreaming broadcasting requirements under this provision.

Exempts the Legislature and its component units, the judiciary and its component units, and political subdivisions or municipal corporations and their administrative units from livestreaming requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
