Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to Mississippi residents supporting the Mississippi Book Festival, effective July 1, 2022.

Requires $30.00 additional annual fee per distinctive tag, paid with regular registration and renewal, with $2.00 retained by county tax collector and remainder remitted to Department of Revenue.

Distributes collected fees as follows: $24.00 to Mississippi Book Festival, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement distinctive tags cost $10.00, with 5% retained by tax collector and remainder distributed like regular distinctive tag fees.
