Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of lung cancer awareness, designed by the Department of Revenue in consultation with the American Lung Association in Mississippi.

Imposes an additional fee of $30.00 annually for distinctive tags, due at initial application and renewal, running concurrently with vehicle registration year.

Distributes the $30.00 additional fee as follows: $24.00 to American Lung Association in Mississippi, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2; tax collectors retain $2.00 per tag for county general fund.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive tags cost $10.00, with tax collectors retaining 5% for the county general fund and the remainder distributed the same as original tag fees.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
