Amends Mississippi Code Section 37-13-3 to prohibit county and municipal school superintendents from teaching or instructing students on concepts that one race or sex is inherently superior, that the United States is fundamentally racist or sexist, or that individuals bear responsibility for past actions based on their race or sex.

Prohibits courses, classes, events or activities that promote overthrow of the U.S. Government, promote division or resentment between groups based on race, gender, political affiliation, social class, or that negatively target specific nationalities or countries.

Requires the State Department of Education to determine costs associated with violations of the divisive concepts prohibitions and reduce school funding by that calculated amount.

Mandates a 25 percent reduction in Mississippi Adequate Education Program funds for schools that violate the teaching prohibitions for each year of violation.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
