Prohibits public K-12 schools, charter schools, community colleges, and universities from directing or compelling students to affirm that any sex, race, ethnicity, religion, or national origin is inherently superior or inferior

Bars educational institutions from compelling students to affirm that individuals should be adversely treated based on their sex, race, ethnicity, religion, or national origin

Prohibits making distinctions or classifications of students based on race, except for required demographic data collection and reporting

Bans teaching any course or unit of study that compels students to personally adopt the prohibited tenets

Prohibits the State Department of Education, school districts, community colleges, and state universities from expending any funds for purposes that violate these provisions
