Appropriates $11,000,000 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi State Department of Health for the MAGnet Community Health Disparity Program for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023).

Directs funds to address disproportionate coronavirus infections and deaths in minority communities by developing mitigation plans and reducing negative health outcomes during the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Requires the program to reduce racial disparities in COVID-19 vaccine distribution and availability and conduct outreach to encourage vaccination in minority communities.

Allows Federally Qualified Health Centers to apply to the MAGnet Community Health Corporation for funding from this appropriation.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
