Prohibits state agencies from approving state-funded or state-sponsored travel to any state, county, or municipality that has enacted laws banning employee travel to Mississippi

Exceptions allowed for litigation, pre-existing contractual obligations, federal committee appearances, grant-required meetings or training, job-required training for licensure when not available elsewhere, and legislative organization meetings

Attorney General must develop, maintain, and publish on their website a current list of jurisdictions that have banned travel to Mississippi

State agencies are responsible for consulting the Attorney General's list to ensure compliance with travel restrictions
