Establishes the "Community Schools Planning and Implementation Grant Fund" in the State Treasury to provide financial assistance to public elementary and secondary schools for planning and implementing community school programs.

Defines "community school" as a public school providing integrated student supports (medical, dental, mental health services), expanded learning time (before/after-school programs, arts, enrichment), family and community engagement, and collaborative leadership structures.

Eligible schools must implement at least two integrated student supports and two family engagement strategies, provide a community school director, establish leadership teams, and conduct needs and assets assessments.

Maximum grant amounts: $75,000 for one-year planning grants, $250,000 annually for three-year implementation grants, and $50,000 annually for up to three years in sustainability grants for schools demonstrating success.

Fund shall consist of legislative appropriations, interest accruing to the fund, donations or grant funds, and other sources as provided by law; takes effect July 1, 2022.
