Authorizes issuance of up to $500,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund repair and renovation of the Oakes African American Cultural Center in Yazoo City, Mississippi

Creates the "2022 Oakes African American Cultural Center Repair and Renovation Fund" within the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds and any investment earnings

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2026, with a maximum maturity of 25 years from date of issue

Full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi is pledged for bond repayment; if appropriated funds are insufficient, the State Treasurer must pay from general Treasury funds

Bonds and income from them are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation and qualify as legal investments for fiduciaries and financial institutions
