Authorizes issuance of up to $200,000 in state general obligation bonds to assist the City of Rolling Fork, Mississippi, with demolition and cleanup of dilapidated downtown structures

Creates the "2022 Rolling Fork Downtown Structures Demolition and Cleanup Fund" within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2026, with a maximum maturity of 25 years from date of issue

Bonds are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi and are exempt from all state taxation

Any funds remaining after project completion or abandonment must be applied to pay debt service on the bonds
