Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $250,000 to assist the Tunica County Board of Supervisors with repair and renovation costs of the historic county courthouse.

Creates a special fund designated "2022 Tunica County Historic Courthouse Repair Fund" within the State Treasury, maintained separately from the General Fund with unexpended amounts not lapsing at year-end.

Bonds may be issued at any time or from time to time up to July 1, 2026, with maturity not to exceed 25 years from date of issue and interest rates within limits set by Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101.

Bond proceeds shall be disbursed by the Department of Finance and Administration for courthouse repair and renovation costs, with any remaining funds applied to debt service after project completion or abandonment is certified.

Bonds are full general obligations of the State of Mississippi backed by the state's full faith and credit, and bond income is exempt from all state taxation.
