Authorizes judges to issue search warrants based on sworn oral testimony via telephone or facsimile transmission for computer crime investigations involving sex offenses against children under 18 years old.

Requires the person requesting the warrant to prepare a "duplicate original warrant," read it verbatim to the judge, and the judge enters it as the "original warrant" with authority to direct modifications.

Mandates judges immediately place all callers under oath and electronically record the entire call; the recording must be transcribed, certified, and filed with the court.

Allows probable cause findings based on oral testimony to rely on the same evidence standards as written affidavits, with the judge signing the warrant and entering the exact time of issuance.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
