Extends the repealer date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2026 for the Mississippi Department of Corrections' authority to collect monthly supervision fees from offenders

Offenders on probation, parole, earned-release supervision, post-release supervision, or other field supervision must pay $55 per month unless granted a hardship waiver (limited to 90 days maximum)

Of the $55 monthly fee, $50 goes to the Community Service Revolving Fund for restitution centers, satellite centers, Drug Identification Program, and supervision programs; $3 goes to the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund; and $2 goes to the Training Revolving Fund

Courts may order felony offenders to pay up to $1,000 or the maximum fine for their offense into the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund

No offender can be required to make these payments for longer than 10 years, and offenders cannot be imprisoned for non-payment if they are financially unable to pay
