Extends the repealer date from July 3, 2022 to July 3, 2026 for the Department of Corrections' authority to contract with Bolivar County Regional Facility for a drug and alcohol treatment pilot program

Program serves up to 250 inmates who are within 18 months of their earned release or parole date, providing intensive substance abuse treatment, relapse prevention, and anger management

Bolivar County Regional Facility can cancel the contract with 30 days' notice and must be reimbursed at the per diem rate under Section 47-5-933

Program requires aftercare components including transition plans addressing employment, housing, medical care, and post-release tracking at 30-day intervals

Department of Corrections must file annual reports on recidivism data including substance abuse history, arrests, convictions, employment, and family interaction of program participants
