Establishes a hard cap of 100 cases maximum for each probation and parole officer, field supervisor, or other Division of Community Corrections personnel supervising offenders in the community

Removes previous language that allowed caseloads to exceed limits "insofar as practicable" and replaced vague standard of "cases that may be adequately handled" with the specific 100-case limit

Amends Section 47-7-9 of the Mississippi Code of 1972

Effective date of July 1, 2022
