Authorizes the Department of Human Services to collaborate with the State Treasurer to identify and intercept unclaimed property held by the state to satisfy child support arrearages.

Requires the Treasurer to cooperate with the Department of Human Services to determine if a claimant of unclaimed property owes child support arrears and transfer any necessary portion of the claim to satisfy the arrearage.

Adds unclaimed property to the list of assets subject to interception or seizure to satisfy child support obligations without requiring judgment roll entry.

Effective July 1, 2022.
